Workshop title: Small Molecules Crystallization Workshop

Details: Politecnico di Torino is pleased to welcome crystallization scientists and enthusiasts from academia and industry for the “Small Molecule Crystallization Workshop” sponsored by the European Research Council (949229) and the European Federation of Chemical Engineering Working Party of Crystallization. The event will be held at Politecnico di Torino (Italy), on the 18th and 19th of September 2024. Talks from industrial and academic speakers will highlight the current challenges, research trends, and future developments in the field of crystallization of small molecules for the food, pharmaceutical, and agrochemical industries, to name a few. Talks will focus on industrial applications of crystallization processes, multiscale modelling (e.g., from atomistic to continuous systems), and experimental design, synthesis & characterization of crystalline particles, formulations, and processes at different scales.
