Eligibility

The offered studentships cover home tuition fees, research/training costs, and provide a monthly stipend for 4 years. Eligible candidates for home fees include UK nationals, Irish nationals, applicants with settled or pre-settled status in the UK under the EU Settlement Scheme, and those with indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

Applicants require an upper-second- or first-class BSc Honours degree, or a Masters qualification of equal or higher standard, in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Computer Science or a related discipline.

If English is not your first language, you must have an IELTS score of at least 6.5 with no component below 5.5.
