Design for Remanufacture (NMIS)

This course covers design for remanufacture - sometimes referred to as DFRem. The main focus of this course is to give an understanding of Design for Remanufacture by highlighting the importance and benefits of adopting such a strategy. This course will also detail the Design for 'X' approaches.
Throughout this course there will be 2 knowledge checks to assess your understanding of Design for Remanufacture. On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion from the University of Strathclyde.
This course has been developed by the University of Strathclyde in collaboration with the Scottish Institute for Remanufacturing (SIR) and delivered through the NMIS Manufacturing Skills Academy thanks to the Advancing Manufacturing Challenge Fund (AMCF). This course is part funded by the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Fund.
